In a life where we live on how we are perceived rather than who we are, caught up in the hype of trying to be somebody we are not. Where its all about labels and fantasies of who we wanna be. So goes the saying born an original so don't die a copy but who lives up to it when being real is so hard to cope with.

don't conform coz u wont perform

Who lives a real day of their lives anymore. If you make it you lost things or someone along the road to success it might be your dignity, self worth or virtues...maybe you lost your family, friends, girlfriend or yourself. At the top of the world with no one to share with. You are trying to make it but have to fake it in order to get by. Never being yourself always a poorly done photocopy you cant even relate to. The price of fame, who made it so...that you cat achieve without being or doing something insane.

I guess we make life more complicated than its supposed to be, follow the trends that are given to us instead of setting our own. Being salves of our own desires casting doubting eyes o our own talents that can make it for us. That's the industry, that's its way.. you play by the rules or you move out and watch by the sidelines. Well isn't it about time we set our own and have it conform to our own, so that you can be the original version of you..set out to make a mark in which ever field you want to progress in.

be your own definition of success

In a world full of pigs, socialites and misfits, you need to carve out your own territory as the self made individual who never lost his/her way to the top and is still there. It has been done, it can be done and it will be done. All you have to do is believe in you to see it through, trust in Him to guide you through it and have faith in what He gave you to make it in this world. Success is relative, be the version of success you want and and not the one people expect of you.

Why My Skateboard trumps a Girlfriend

Over the Centuaries women have been mans greatest companion, they have loved us, cared for us, born us children and also deceived us.

Wars have been fought over them,think Helen of Troy and the Trojan War, they have ruined great mean, think Monica Lewinsky and they bhave also been revolutionaries, think the late Prof.Wanagari Maathai. 

But surprisingly men came up with a substitute....the skateboard! No more girfriend drama. Lets look at the facts

1. Its easier to learn how to skateboard than to meet a girl

2. A hot chic makes you stand out among men/friends/people and  so does a cool skateboard

3. You can ride a skatebolard all daily and it wont complain...try that with your girfriend and you will c fireworks

4. When a board breaks your bone, it will heal back with no grudges or hard feelings towards it, when your girfriend breaks your heart it will almost never health and dangerous feelings will be harboured

5.When its that time of the month, sa skateboard just needs a 1 hour service (tighten the nuts, clean the bearings, grease the moving parts) and its business as usual...for your girlfriend its close to a week of walking through a mine field

6.When you break up with your board AKA when it snaps on you, its easily replaceable at an affordable fee, when you break up with your girfriend... I think you get the picture here

7. You never have to meet the approval of your skateboards friends and they dont judge you....your every action is under scrutiny by her friends and if ur on their badside you might not make it

8. When you JUST ADMIRE another skateboard, yours never complains...dont even dare this with a girlfriend that may be the last thing your eyes see!

9.Skateboards always go your way as they always let you direct them where to go...girlfriends have to have their way no matter how sweet they are they always get u

10. Last but not final Your future with a skateboard is always certain on two fronts  it will either snap and u get a new one or you will live happily ever after....with a girlfriend the future changes close to hourly..u break up in the morning ur together come evening

Yes that concludes some top 10 reasons why my skateboard trumps a girlfriend they are totally valid, certified and currently being investigated to be made into a thesis.

I have awoken from the coma that had grasped me,

Many unfinished pieces etched in ma mind,

Too many distractions pulling me behind,

I tried and tried,i succeed at last.

The mental block,demolished at last,

let me quench my readers thirst,

Ignite their search for such pure

literal works.

The quest is on,hold on to your saddle,

The ride mighty be a bit bumpy,

Its all part of the experience,

The Resource center

KUCT Resource Center

For the first time today I felt like I was in  an established institution of higher learning as i sampled the treats in the new resource center.apart from looking like a modern setting of a university,the place is well kept,clean and pleasing to look at(not the eye sore that greats you when you are in the old part of Kimathi,plus they actually have real toilets there,with a flush and all,whats even more amazing  there were hand sanitizers,air fresheners.not to mention the well paved,spacious rooms.being in that part of Kimathi gives one a feel of how a true campus should be like but once you cross over to the old side you remember your just not there yet.

Its been too long

I haven't posted anything in a while and i do apologize for doing so,but heck if you had missed my blogs you would have commented or say something!!!I ain't dissing no one or blaming them,maybe it was my fault.I wasn't interesting.funny enough or didn't tickle your fancy but most of all i hope it's coz you didn't know my blog existed(i hope so).Well be ready to be mesmerized,dazzled,dumbfounded,stupefied and most of all entertained,i have rediscovered myself and am ready to.......Who am i kidding????? i have just realized where i have been going wrong and i intend to fix it ASAP so be keeping tabs on what goes on in My blog.
